Исторический обзор и тенденции развития хирургического лечения хронической нестабильности плечевого сустава
Реферат
Проведен анализ литературных данных, позволивший охарактеризовать основные современные этапы развития и становления диагностики и лечения нестабильности плечевого сустава. Целью данного обзора явилось выделение основных направлений в лечении хронической нестабильности плечевого сустава и определение проблемных вопросов, требующих дальнейшего научного поиска. Представлены основные результаты наблюдения пациентов, перенесших различные виды артроскопического лечения. Современный уровень диагностики позволяет точно определять показания для оперативного лечения. Выделение всех возможных звеньев патогенеза и индивидуальное предоперационное планирование являются главными задачами профилактики рецидивов нестабильности.
