Abstract
In recent years the progress in the treatment of patients with systemic diseases of the blood has been made due to advances in molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, genetics, genetic engineering, and other basic sciences. The importance of systematic approach to the organization of specialized hematology care, including development of the routing of patients, implementing orders and standards providing specialized hematologic care has been specified. It has allowed achieving high quality detection of blood diseases, diagnosis and treatment, as well as reducing the mortality of patients with hematological malignancies.
