Abstract

Purpose: to study the acoustic morphology of the drainage system structures after microinvazive non-penetrating deep sclerotomy with implant Healaflow by ultrasound biomicroscopy. Materials and methods. The clinical analysis was performed on 92 patients (94 eyes) with primary angle-open glaucoma (PAOG). The standard investigation methods were supplemented with the ultrasound biomicroscopy. Results. The research of PAOG operation areas by the method of ultrasound biomicroscopy showed that the Healaflow substance helps maintain the structure of the drainage system set up during surgery.
