Abstract
The materials on isolation and purification of the cytotoxic necrotizing factor of Y. pseudotuberculosis, its identification by mass spectrometry, a molecular genetic characterization of two domains of its toxin gene, including functionally significant, in strains of bacteria isolated from patients, small rodents and the environment in the Russian Federation have been introduced in the article.
