Prophylaxis of pyoinflammatory complications in the early postoperative period with use of lymphotropic procedures at toracic injuries
The probability of development of infectious complications is high in patients with penetrating thoracic injuries. 60 patients with the thorax penetrating injury complicated by pneumothorax and hemopneumothorax were divided into three groups in the conducted research. The traditional method of cefazolin introduction has been used in the comparison group, the interspinous or subxyphoid subcutaneous lymphotropic injections have been carried out correspondingly to the patients of the fist and second main groups for the purpose of prophylaxis of pyoinflammatory complications. It has been revealed that the application of lymphotropic therapy has the positive impact to painful sensory input and inflammatory response being the basic components of pathogenesis of posttraumatic pneumonia development.
