Abstract
RESEARCH OBJECTIVE. Studying of thymic and spleens cellular structure of mice at chronic "graft-versus-host" reaction. MATERIAL AND METHODS. Induction of chronic "graft-versus-host" reaction at mice was carried out by transfer to females of B6D2F1 of lymphoid cells of the parental DBA/2 line. Subpopulations of lymphocytes, proliferation and apoptosis were determined by a method of a flow cytometry with use of monoclonal antibodies and propidium iodide. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION. It is revealed that in dynamics of development of chronic "graft-versus-host" reaction interactions between the central and peripheral components of immunity are broken. The results allow considering the processes of lymphopoiesis in thymus as a target for correction of autoimmune diseases and chronic "graft-versus-host" reaction.
