Abstract
The frequency of internal diseases according to screening the Novosibirsk open population at airflow obstruction has been studied. The population-based cross-sectional study materials obtained through of the international project in 2002-2005 have been used. ("The determinants of cardiovascular disease in Eastern Europe: a multicentre cohort study"). The frequency of diagnosed diseases (according to questionnaire) regardless the fact of hospitalization has been investigated. It has been revealed that the frequency of asthma and chronic airway diseases, arterial hypertension, stroke, angina/oronary artery disease, acute heart attack/acute myocardial infarction was recorded higher than in the general population. Аllergic diseases have been registered more often at airflow obstruction than in the general population.
