Significance of introduction of stress management technologies in activity of the Russian Investigative Committee employees based on psychological psychophysiological method of self-regulation and self-healing
Abstract
The aim of this study was the need to create psycho stress management on the basis of self-regulation and self-healing. The material of the study was the category of healthy people - the Investigation Committee of the RF employees, which activities are associated with psycho-intensive workloads. Research methods are capnography, pulseoximetry, and psychometry. The developed and introduced psychological and psycho-physiological model of self-regulation and self-healing allows under the significant reduction in labor costs of correction and adaption to get the results that lie in the plane of self-help and self-control through an integrated approach to the problem of overcoming burnout and excessive stress.
