Risk factors of formation of optic nerve drusen in children and adolescents with essential arterial hypertension
Abstract
The paper presents the examination data of children and adolescents with essential hypertension. The analysis of results of the blood serum biochemical composition investigation has been carried out; the characteristic of the main functional disorders of ophthalmic status of patients with and without optic disc drusen was presented. The information on the early pre-clinical manifestations of hypertensive angiohorioretinopathy was obtained. Risk factors of formation of the optic disc drusen have been revealed.
