Abstract

Objective: The purpose of research is to study the response of the lipid peroxidation – antioxidant protection system on the environmental impact in respiratory diseases. Materials and methods: The data of weather and air pollution monitoring obtained from the Hydrometeorological cenre of Primorsky Krai, the reports on the environmental state and the indirect indicators were used for analysis. The aerosol microparticles and the parameters of peroxidation and antioxidant protection were studied. Results and discussion: The impact of the environment on the prooxidant-antioxidant balance in patients with respiratory diseases in ecologically favorable areas of Vladivostok is related to the technogenic factors. In non-favorable areas the reduction in the adaptive capacity of organism leads to the development of meteosensitivity.
