Abstract
Ultrasound examination of distraction regenerate anterior (n = 6) and midfoot (n = 6) has been carried out by the AVISUS Hitachi device (Japan). It is established that the feature of filling and localization in bone trabeculae elongation zone depends on the initial bone extendible structure despite their common organotypic regenerates adjustment process in both groups. The regenerate of cancellous bone did not have distinct endosteal reaction during distraction period, so its circuit was «blurred», certain hyperechoic inclusions were visualized. The consequential forming of endosteal reaction and filling of regenerate intermediate zone have occured in distraction regenerate of metatarsal bone.
