Risk assessment of acute kidney injury after bariatric surgery

Abstract

The dynamics of a marker of acute kidney injury in patients with morbid obesity after bariatric surgery has been studied depending on the method of relief of postoperative pain. It has been concluded based on the analysis of the data that dexmedetomidine has the renal and cytoprotective activity, making it the leading position in terms of postoperative analgesia of patients.
