Chronic endometritis peculiarities in reproductive-age women with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia
Abstract
Objective: to study the correlations of clinical features of chronic endometritis (CE) and undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (UCTD) in reproductive-age women. Material and methods: 240 women of 27,0±2,9 years old with CE, divided into 4 groups depending on the endometrium thickness and UCTD. Results: clinical manifestations of CE were more frequent in the presence of the UCTD-syndrome. Interrelation of thin endometrium and UCTD was characterized by a high value of the Spearman correlation coefficient. Conclusion: CE with thin endometrium must be considered as one of the UCTD stigmas.
