Abstract
The article presents materials on the experimental study of the thrombolytic action of a drug based on subtilisin. A direct thrombolytic effect in vitro and a description of the kinetics of thrombolysis are shown. It has been established that thrombolysis by the drug occurs layerwise from the outside to the inside without the formation of large aggregates; its proteases effectively lyse 1-, 2- and 24-hour thrombi and reduce their weight eightfold: fresh blood clots in 90 min, daily – in 135 min. The effectiveness of the drug to eliminate thrombosis and restore blood flow in the pool of thrombotic occlusion is shown on the model of venous thrombosis in vivo.
