Abstract
The research relevance has been determined by the lack of alternative to cement prosthetics as the main method of treatment and social rehabilitation of patients, the method co-occurring difficulties of planning and managing of patients, complications and need for their prediction and prevention. Knowledge on pathogenesis and dynamics of morphological changes occurring both in surgical exposure area and outside it as well as associated changes in blood laboratory parameters helps to develop new methods of the complications prediction.
