Abstract
The study of the possible embryotoxic properties of immobilized subtilisins realized in the antenatal period showed that its administration to female rats at a dose of 195 U / kg throughout the pregnancy period did not reveal toxic effects. At a dose of 1950 U / kg, the death of embryos after implantation increased, and the number of external hemorrhages, pathological changes in internal organs, and inhibition of ossification increased in living embryos.
