EFFECTIVENESS OF ACTIVE FORMS OF HEALTH-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES IN CHILDREN IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN THE NORTH

Abstract

The aim of the work was the scientific substantiation of the effectiveness of active forms of health-saving technologies in pre-school educational institutions to improve the health of children living in the North. Material and methods. A study of three groups of children was carried out within 12 months of the beginning of the visit to the children’s collective: receiving in addition to the standard active forms of recovery (pool exercises, infrared sauna, speleotherapy) in a children’s polyclinic (group 1, n = 60), receiving similar forms of recovery on the territory of a pre-school educational institution (group 2; n = 98) and receiving only standard forms of recovery (group 3; n = 211). The parameters of respiratory morbidity, physical development, quality of life (questionnaire PedsQL 4.0) and the level of adaptation by the method of mathematical analysis of the rhythm of the heart were analyzed. Results and discussion. The decrease in respiratory morbidity level, better indicators of physical development and adaptation level, a higher level of life quality have been revealed for the group with active forms of recovery. The best result has been established when active forms of recovery were implemented in preschool educational institutions.
