Актуальные проблемы профессиональных заболеваний легких

Патология респираторного тракта – одна из наиболее распространенных в профпатологической клинике. В обзоре представлены последние научные и практические достижения в области патологии бронхолегочной системы в медицине труда и наиболее перспективные направления исследований в этой области. Даны результаты работы, проводимой в Новосибирском государственном медицинском университете и научно-исследовательских институтах Сибирского отделения Академии медицинских наук. Молекулярно-генетические и протеомные исследования – фундаментальная основа для совершенствования профилактики, диагностики и лечения профессиональных заболеваний органов дыхания. Фенотипирование профессиональных бронхообструктивных заболеваний – бронхиальной астмы и хронической обструктивной болезни легких, позволяет индивидуализировать терапевтическую стратегию и улучшить результаты лечения. Целесообразно исследование фенотипов профессиональных заболеваний легких в связи с действующим фактором риска.
