ПРОГЕНИТОРНЫЕ КЛЕТКИ СУСТАВНОГО ХРЯЩА
Реферат
Как и многие ткани взрослого человека и животных, суставной хрящ содержит популяцию стволовых / прогениторных клеток (клеток-предшественников), поддерживающих гомеостаз ткани, которые могут реагировать на травмы и способствовать заживлению суставного хряща. Исследование происхождения и функций этих клеток вносит вклад в развитие клеточных методов лечения, направленных на устранение очаговых дефектов в здоровом хряще, отсрочку начала дегенеративных заболеваний и снижение необходимости операций по замене сустава. В настоящем обзоре литературы приведены сведения о прогениторных клетках в суставном хряще.
