Hyperandrogenism in pregnant women: ethiopathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment, perinatal outcomes (review)
Abstract
The review represents the modern data on etiology, pathogenesis and diagnostics of pregnants hyperandrogenism. Nowadays there is not common opinion about necessity and the methods of treatment because of negative influence of glucocorticoids on fetus. Different points of view are shown; new methods of metformin treatment are given. As the hyperandrogenism is considered to be the risk factor for pregnancy complications, the latest data on pregnancy outcomes are represented.
