Abstract
The researches devoted to the methods of surgical treatment for festering wound by system ERBE JET 2 in patients with syndrome of diabetic foot have been presented. The solutions of antiseptics were used, that reduced the pathogens titre and allowed accomplishing the treatment of difficulty accessible sites and considerably decreasing traumatism and dissection of the foot vitalized tissues. Thereby it leads to the decrease in extremity high amputations quantity and to the preservation of foot supporting function.
