Thromboprophylaxis in pregnant women with thrombophilia and thrombosis in past medical history

Abstract

Modern data on etiopathogenesis, structure and clinical implications of thromboembolism complications during pregnancy at women with thrombosis and thrombophilia in past medical history have been performed. Thromboembolism of pulmonary artery takes the leading place in the structure of maternal mortality in developed countries. The method of thromb prophylaxis of pregnants including the application of low molecular weight heparins, B group vitamins and folic acid has been proposed. The safety and effectiveness of the proposed method have been evaluated.
