Abstract

The analysis of genetic molecular and biochemical markers of early development and unfavorable course of vibration disease and pneumoconiosis in the post-exposure period has been presented. The results of study of frequencies of genotypes and alleles of the polymorphism rs11562975 TRPM8 gene, rs1801133 (C677T) of the MTHFR gene, I/D polymorphism (rs28365031) ADRA2B gene and VNTR (4b/4a) polymorphism in the 4th intron of the gene NOS3 in patients with early and late time-line of vibration disease development have been performed. The analysis of frequency of occurrence of genotypes and alleles I/D of CCR5 gene polymorphism, 4a/b polymorphism of NOS3 gene, VNTR polymorphism of IL1RN gene, I/D polymorphism CASP8 and mutations GLU342LYS (rs28929474) and GLU264VAL (rs17580) in gene SERPINA1 in patients with different timing of pneumoconiosis formation has been carried out. The individual criteria for pneumoconiosis early forming and progression in the post-exposure period have been determined.
