Method of modeling of renal arterial hypertension in rats

Abstract

А new model of renal arterial hypertension in rats has been developed. The increase of arterial pressure was accompanying with specific functional, morphologic and biochemical changes in the cardiovascular systems, which are typical for some variants of arterial hypertension in human. This experimental model can be used for study of the renoparenchimal arterial hypertension and testing antihypertensive drugs.
