Abstract
This article presents a study on factors of external, internal and general mechanisms of coagulation hemostasis in children with stable arterial hypertension. The significant increase of activity factors VIII, XI, X, V, decrease of activity factor XII, as well as increase of the factor Willebranda` activity and content in children with stable hypertension have been revealed, that testify to latent hypercoagulation. The increase of factor VIII activity was observed in 29,7 %, factor XI – 15,6 %, X – 12,5 %, V – 14,1 %, the decrease in factor XII – 12,5 %, the increase of factor Willebranda` activity and content – in 37,5 % of patients with stable arterial hypertension.
