Абдоминальное ожирение, метаболический синдром и нарушение функции внешнего дыхания
Реферат
В литературном обзоре представлены современные представления о метаболическом синдроме, его патогенезе, диагностических признаках, о висцеральном ожирении как об основном признаке метаболического синдрома. Дана характеристика нарушенной функции внешнего дыхания при хронической обструктивной болезни легких и бронхиальной астме. Приведены результаты исследований, указывающие на патогенетическую связь абдоминального ожирения, метаболического синдрома и, как следствие, нарушенной функции внешнего дыхания.
