Поражение почек при первичных васкулитах сосудов большого и среднего калибра
Реферат
Васкулиты сосудов большого и среднего калибра включают гигантоклеточный артериит и артериит Такаясу, которые обычно поражают аорту и ее главные ветви, болезнь Кавасаки и узелковый полиартериит, вовлекающие артерии среднего размера. Хронический периаортит, поражающий абдоминальную аорту и периаортальные ткани, может быть включен в эту группу. В отличие от васкулитов мелких сосудов, васкулиты больших и средних сосудов не вызывают гломерулонефрита, но могут поражать почечные артерии и их ветви, что приводит к стенозу почечной артерии, почечной ишемии/инфаркту, микроаневризмам и кровоизлияниям. Данный обзор сфокусирован на проблемах поражения почек при этих заболеваниях.
