Тактика хирургического лечения открытых переломов костей конечностей при политравме
Реферат
В обзоре рассмотрены особенности хирургической тактики при открытых переломах костей конечностей у пострадавших с политравмой в соответствии с современными концепциями лечения тяжелых множественных и сочетанных повреждений. Анализ литературы свидетельствует, что открытые переломы при политравме относятся к высокоэнергетическим, с обширными сложными повреждениями мягких тканей и кости. На выбор сроков и метода остеосинтеза при открытых переломах и их исход при политравме влияют тяжесть сочетанных повреждений и состояние пострадавшего, степень разрушения мягких тканей, тип перелома и его локализация.
