ЭПИГЕНЕТИКА И СПОСОБЫ ЕЕ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ
Реферат
Рассмотрены наиболее актуальные аспекты, связанные с эпигенетической составляющей регуляции генной экспрессии. Уделено внимание развитию представлений об эпигенетике как об отдельной области знаний о функционировании генов и как о неотъемлемой части классической генетики. Освещены понятия эпигенома и эпигенетического репрограммирования. Рассмотрены наиболее известные молекулярные механизмы эпигенетической регуляции генной функции. Подчеркнута важность исследований в области эпигенетики для развития науки и медицины.
