Становление инвазивной ЭЭГ в хирургии эпилепсии (обзор литературы)
Реферат
Для определения объема хирургического вмешательства при медикаментозно-резистентной эпилепсии используются методы диагностики, направленные на поиск зоны начала эпилептических приступов. Cреди всех методов диагностики «золотым стандартом» в определении эпилептогенной зоны является инвазивный ЭЭГ-видеомониторинг, к настоящему моменту имеющий богатую историю применения. В данной статье приведена историческая справка об инвазивной записи ЭЭГ с обзором литературы, касающимся техник проведения, анализа их преимуществ и недостатков, актуальных вопросов на сегодняшний день.
